Rhythm and coordination of movement are the basis for the entire body\u2019s neurological interconnection, the improvement of its structure, and the enhancement of athletic and physical performance in general. Above all, however, rhythm means communication\u2014with our body, with other bodies, and with our environment. Improving internal and external communication through movement and especially through coordination of movements is the primary goal of this seminar. He studied in Bratislava at the Academy of Music and Drama Arts and later received a PhD on Voice and Movement. He has explored the aspects of effective communication, voice, and breathing for public speaking, performing arts, and psycho-hygiene. In 2006, together with Linda Kapetanea, he founded the RootlessRoot company and started implementing their research, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fighting Monkey Practice,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> which reflects their unique approach to human movement based on cross-motion analysis.
